Rádio Itatiaia revela empresas interessadas em obter licença para operar apostas no Brasil
A regulamentação das apostas esportivas no Brasil, sancionada pelo presidente Lula nos últimos dias do ano passado, aumentou as expectativas da indústria para regularizar as operações no país. De acordo com informações divulgadas no site da Rádio Itatiaia, 134 empresas já expressaram ao Ministério da Fazenda interesse em obter uma licença para operar apostas de quota fixa no mercado regulamentado brasileiro. A lista divulgada revela uma grande diversidade de postulantes e conta com nomes conhecidos do público apostador.

Bets: 134 empresas, incluindo a Caixa, querem atuar com apostas de quota fixa
Após o governo federal abrir consulta, 134 empresas manifestaram interesse para atuar no mercado de apostas de quota fixa. Entre elas, a Loterias Caixa. A Itatiaia teve acesso à lista completa (veja os nomes ao final da reportagem).
As manifestações foram enviadas ao Ministério da Fazenda após a edição da Portaria Normativa 1.330/2023, em 27 de outubro de 2023.
Essas marcas terão prioridade nos pedidos de autorização assim que for aberto o prazo para o recebimento e pagamentos de outorga.
A loteria de aposta de quota fixa é um sistema que inclui eventos virtuais de jogos online e eventos reais de temática esportiva, como partidas de futebol e vôlei, por exemplo. Nessa modalidade, o apostador ganhará caso acerte alguma condição do jogo ou o resultado final da partida.
No último domingo (31/12), o presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) sancionou, com vetos, a lei que regulamenta as apostas esportivas. O texto também autoriza o funcionamento dos cassinos online.
A expectativa do governo é utilizar a regulamentação das apostas como forma de impulsionar a meta de zerar o déficit das contas públicas no ano que vem.
A lei diz respeito às apostas de quota física, em que o apostador vence se acertar o placar de um evento esportivo, como o resultado de uma partida de futebol, ou a condição de um jogo.
